Locavorism is finally happening in the Tampa Bay area, and chefs are taking the lead. Urban Oasis, a hydroponic farm on Linebaugh, takes personalized orders from local chefs; Suncoast Food Alliance works as a middle man to get Florida farm product to local chefs; and the new Boca Kitchen Bar Market employs two full-time "runners" who round up local produce and meats.
