Tampa Bay's job rebound mixed, depending on sector
Tampabay.com and Tampa Bay Times provide a graphical display of the Tampa Bay region's job and employment recovery as of February 2013. Employment recovery for the workforces of Hillsborough, Hernando, Pasco and Pinellas counties in Florida has been uneven, depending on the industry. The charts below show a general outlook for the region and also break down employment trends for the leisure and hospitality, professional business, construction, manufacturing, education and health care job sectors in the Tampa Bay region.

Since bottoming out in early 2010, Tampa Bay's workforce has risen back above 1.2 million. But it has been an uneven recovery.
Jobs in leisure and hospitality and professional/business services have rebounded.
... while jobs in construction and manufacturing remain depressed.
... and jobs in education/health care kept growing straight through the recession.
