HOUSTON — Collin McHugh allowed two hits over 82/3 stellar innings for the Astros. McHugh, following an outing Tuesday in which he struck out 12 Mariners in 62/3 innings, had the longest outing of his career, topping his seven innings on Aug. 23, 2012, against the Rockies when he was with the Mets. After the first, McHugh retired 23 of the next 24 batters, including 19 straight before Brandon Moss was hit by a pitch with two outs in the ninth.
