Baseball preview: South Florida Bulls at Big East-Big Ten Challenge

What: College baseball tournament

When/where: Today-Sunday; Jack Russell Stadium (JRS) and Bright House Field (BHF), Clearwater; Naimoli complex (NC), St. Petersburg; Dunedin Stadium (DUN); McKechnie Field (MCK), Bradenton; Red McEwen Field (RED), Tampa.

Teams: All 10 Big Ten (Wisconsin does not field a team) along with eight Big East schools, including USF.

Tickets: $5 per game or a weekend pass to all 27 games for $10.

Schedule: Today — 10 a.m., Connecticut at Michigan State (JRS); 1 p.m., USF at Michigan (JRS), Cincinnati at Purdue (NC); 4 p.m., St. John's at Penn State (DUN), Seton Hall at Minnesota (JRS), West Virginia at Indiana (MCK); 7:30 p.m., Notre Dame at Ohio State (DUN), Illinois at Iowa (JRS), Georgetown at Northwestern (MCK). Saturday — 10 a.m., Minnesota at West Virginia (JRS); 1 p.m., Indiana at Georgetown (RED), Iowa at St. John's (JRS), Penn State at Northwestern (NC); 4 p.m., Michigan at Cincinnati (BHF), Michigan State at Seton Hall (MCK), Ohio State at Connecticut (JRS); 7:30 p.m., Purdue at USF (BHF), Illinois at Notre Dame (MCK). Sunday — 10 a.m., Ohio State at Cincinnati (RED), Penn State at Seton Hall (JRS), Minnesota at Michigan State (NC), Georgetown at Iowa (NC); 11 a.m., Northwestern at Connecticut (NC); 1 p.m., Michigan at St. John's (RED), Notre Dame at Purdue (JRS), Indiana at USF (NC), West Virginia at Illinois (NC).
