Ceremonial first pitches at baseball games are often painful to watch, but this one turned out to be literally painful for a cameraman.
The New York Post identified the cameraman as the Eagle Tribune's Tony Capobianco, who doubled over in pain after the pitch from a fan sailed wide right, and right into Capobianco's crotch.
A Red Sox writer for the Eagle Tribune later tweeted a photo showing the cameraman's first person perspective of the pitch coming at him, and garnered thousands of likes.
