Rays manager Cash to cross third president off list

The trip to Cuba will afford the Rays many opportunities. Among them, presumably, will be manager Kevin Cash meeting his third U.S. president since Barack Obama is expected to attend the game. Cash met George W. Bush during a trip to the White House to honor the 2007 champion Red Sox, and George H.W. Bush at the Houston ballpark while playing for the Astros in 2010.
