Notable: The Demon Deacons are on a high after handing Miami its first conference loss this season. Guard C.J. Harris had 23 points and made 5 of 5 3-pointers in the 80-65 upset and was named ACC player of the week. Harris, a senior, is shooting 42.3 percent from 3-point range, sixth best in the conference. … Wake clobbered the Seminoles 71-46 at home on Feb. 9 but is 0-7 on the road in conference play. … FSU junior forward Terrance Shannon, who has been sidelined five weeks with a neck injury, remains out but is expected to return before the regular season ends March 9.

    INDIANAPOLIS — Sebastien Bourdais was in one of the best race cars he'd ever had, so fast that most of his competitors thought he would win the pole for the Indianapolis 500.

    Sebastien Bourdais does physical therapy at the Rehabilitation Hospital of Indiana in Indianapolis. Bourdais broke his pelvis, hip and two ribs in an accident during qualifying for the Indianapolis 500 on May 20. He plans to return home to St. Petersburg soon to continue therapy. [Associated Press]
