College basketball preview: South Florida Bulls vs. Mississippi in Women's NIT

Women's NIT: USF vs. Mississippi

When/where: 7; Sun Dome, Tampa

Records: Mississippi 18-14, 5-9 SEC; USF 23-10, 8-8 Big East

Radio: 1010-AM

Notable: USF has never lost a WNIT game on its home floor. A win would put it in the quarterfinals, its deepest run in five appearances. … Ole Miss has the lowest RPI of any team left in the WNIT, and the Rebels are 3-7 on the road this season, though they lost by one at Tennessee and seven at Auburn. … A key for USF will be how guards Shantia Grace, Jazmine Sepulveda and Janae Stokes can shoot against the SEC's No. 2 3-point defense.
