Coach: Tom Ryan (253-132, 14th season)

Last season: 13-14 (5-11 Sunshine State Conference)

Notable: The Tritons struggled with injuries and inexperience last season. Many of those players are back, including Zaronn Cann and Lewis Lampley, both juniors. Eckerd also is bolstered by the return of Wayne Sears, who received significant playing time as a freshman and averaged nearly 10 points in his final seven games. That depth is a big reason the Tritons are picked to finish fourth in the preseason SSC poll.
