Florida-Missouri preview

No. 3 Florida vs. Missouri

When/where: 9; O'Connell Center, Gainesville

TV/radio: ESPN; 620-AM

Records: Missouri 16-5, 4-4 SEC; Florida 19-2, 8-0

Notable: Gators senior F Casey Prather did not practice Sunday because of an ankle injury but is probable for tonight. Coach Billy Donovan said there is swelling and soreness but it's not a high ankle sprain. … Sophomore G/F DeVon Walker, who missed Saturday's game with a hip pointer, is expected to play. … Florida's 27-game home winning streak is third longest in the nation. … Missouri's starting guards include three of the SEC's top 14 scorers: conference leading scorer Jabari Brown (20.4); No. 6 Jordan Clarkson (18.9); and No. 14 Earnest Ross (14.2). That trio has 71.3 percent of Missouri's points (1,123 of 1,575). They are all 6 feet 5.

  5. Bucs Roberto Aguayo kicks off 2017 on the wrong foot

The goal posts still seem to be moving for Roberto Aguayo.

The Bucs woebegone place-kicker, who is in a battle with veteran Nick Folk, went 1-for-4 in field goal tries from 35-40 yards Tuesday on a set of narrow uprights, the first day of full squad Organized Team Activities.
