FSU-Miami preview

. TONIGHT

FSU vs. Miami

When/where: 7; Tucker Center, Tallahassee

TV/radio: ESPN; 1040-AM

Records: FSU 14-9, 5-6 ACC; Miami 11-12, 2-8

Notable: The Seminoles looked like a solid bet for an NCAA Tournament berth after they won 63-53 at Miami on Jan. 15. Since then they've lost five of seven and have had their RPI tumble to No. 51. … Their usually stout defense has allowed 70 or more points five times in that stretch after doing so twice through 16 games. … The Hurricanes, who have lost five of six, are last in the ACC with 61 ppg, and only senior G Rion Brown (14.6) is averaging in double figures.
