ORLANDO — The Magic has a list of late-season goals written on the blackboard in its locker room. Orlando erased the one at the top Wednesday night.
Dwight Howard had 22 points and 13 rebounds and the Magic beat the Clippers 110-88, securing its first winning season since 2002-03.
"We've got some guys in our locker room who have never had a winning season and I think you've got to appreciate some of the things you accomplish during a season," coach Stan Van Gundy said.
Howard, playing on a winning team for the first time in his four-year career, got his league-high 57th double double this season.
Clippers center Chris Kaman was out because of a sore back.
