Bears hail Hoyer

CHICAGO — Brian Hoyer led the Bears to their first win while filling in for Jay Cutler, stopping both a six-game home losing skid and a six-game slide against Detroit. Coach John Fox remained noncommittal when asked if Cutler will start at QB when he's ready to return. "I'd like to enjoy this for at least a few hours," Fox said. Detroit's Matt Stafford was intercepted twice deep in Bears territory. The second one came when the Lions had the ball on the Chicago 23; Bears defensive back Deiondre Hall picked off a pass intended for Anquan Boldin with four minutes left.
