TORONTO — Mark Buehrle became the majors' first six-game winner, Edwin Encarnacion hit a three-run homer and the Blue Jays beat the Phillies for the seventh straight time. Erik Kratz and Juan Francisco hit two-run homers for Toronto, which blew open a pitcher's duel between Buehrle and Cliff Lee with a nine-run, 12-batter seventh inning. The Blue Jays won their season-high fourth straight game.
