ATLANTA — Tommy Hanson improved to 6-0 in six career starts against AL East teams and Dan Uggla hit a three-run homer to help Atlanta to its season-best sixth straight win. Braves rookie shortstop Andrelton Simmons hit his first career homer off Drew Hutchison in the seventh, and Michael Bourn had three hits. Jose Bautista hit a two-run homer in the sixth, the only inning in which Toronto had a runner reach third. The Blue Jays have lost three straight.
