MILWAUKEE — Carlos Gomez went 3-for-4 with five RBIs while Kyle Lohse retired 23 consecutive batters in one stretch and finished with a four-hitter for the Brewers. Cincinnati had three consecutive hits to open the second, then had 23 batters in a row retired before Jay Bruce walked with two outs in the ninth. Lohse started the season 1-6 after missing most of spring training, but he has gone 9-3 since.
