The Bucs are saving $1 million against their 2019 salary cap by cutting Bucs defensive tackle Beau Allen’s salary by that amount in exchange for making Allen’s 2019 deal fully guaranteed, according to an NFL Network report.

According to Pelissero, Allen can earn back the $1 million through incentives and had the final year of his contract deleted, meaning he’ll be a free agent after the 2019 season.
