The home team has won all six meetings by an average of 19 points. But the Bulls (6-3, 2-3 Big East) are coming off a 31-0 loss to Rutgers in which USF mustered seven first downs and 159 total yards. A win clinches the Bulls' fifth straight bowl appearance while a loss puts them in a difficult spot with Miami next week and at Connecticut on Dec. 5. If USF wins, it will have one more conference win than last season, when it finished 2-5. Louisville (4-6, 1-4) earned its only conference win last week, 10-9 over last-place Syracuse.

What to watch for …

Louisville allows 150.8 rushing yards and has the fewest sacks in the Big East, which bodes well for Bulls quarterback B.J. Daniels, left. Injured USF quarterback Matt Grothe will be part of the coin toss and wear No. 10 in memory of former Bulls running back Keeley Dorsey, who died during a workout in January 2007 and would have been a senior this season.
