No. 2 Florida State vs. Virginia, 6:30, ESPN, 820-AM
Virginia (4-5, 2-3 ACC) is on the ropes with a coach firmly on a seat that's getting warmer with each loss. The Cavaliers started 4-2 this season under fifth-year coach Mike London, including wins against Louisville and Pittsburgh. Now, they've dropped three straight and need to win two of their last three to become bowl eligible. The Seminoles (8-0, 5-0), who are second in the college football playoff rankings as well as the Associated Press poll, have reached the homestretch, and there isn't a ranked team remaining on their schedule.
WATCH OUT FOR: Virginia likes to lean on its offensive line and let running back Kevin Parks go to work. His 626 rushing yards rank No. 5 in the conference and his 150 attempts are the third most in the league. The strategy makes sense against a Florida State team that is banged up along its front seven. The Seminoles have the No. 7 run defense in the ACC (148 yards allowed per game).
