College football scouting reports: Florida International at Pittsburgh, Bethune-Cookman at Morgan State, Florida A&M vs. South Carolina State

FIU at Pitt, 3:30: Florida International (0-3) plays its third straight road game against a BCS league opponent, the Panthers (1-2) of the Big East, having lost at Texas A&M and Maryland. FIU's margin of defeat overall is just 8.6 points per game. Two losses were by single digits.

B-CU at Morgan St., 4: Bethune-Cookman coach Brian Jenkins said he'll be better prepared against the Bears (1-2) after collapsing Saturday due to dehydration, planning to drink more fluids. B-CU (3-0) is tied for sixth among 116 I-AA teams in turnover margin (plus-1.7 per game) and second in scoring defense (8 ppg).

FAMU vs. S.C. State, 6 (taped on ESPNU, 10:30): S.C. State (2-1, 0-0 MEAC) is 7-0 against FAMU (2-2, 2-0) under coach Oliver "Buddy" Pough and seeks its 20th consecutive conference win.
