The Brooksville Parks and Recreation Department wrapped up the fall season for adult softball last month.

The women's division title went to Spring Hill MRI, which defeated Chicks With Sticks 8-2 in the championship game. Spring Hill MRI went undefeated on the season with a 15-0 record while Chicks With Sticks (8-7), Evom Lounge (8-7) and the Center for Bone & Joint Disease (7-8) all vied for second place in the five-team league. A Brighter Future rounded out the standings.

The men's division championship was won by Luigi's Pizza after knocking off Hilltop Saloon 11-9 in the title game. It was a major upset for Luigi's (10-2), which was able to hand Hilltop Saloon (12-1) its first loss. The remainder of the seven-team league was: Captain's Corner, House of Bluesticks, Farm Bureau, AFG Insurance and the Purps.

In the co-ed division, Crossfit Spring Hill defeated Captain's Corner 20-9 in the season finale to win the title. With 12 teams, the co-ed standings had the largest field.

Crossfit (10-1) came out on top in the regular season standings as well, while AAA White's Septic (9-2), Robinson Fans (8-3), Evom Lounge (8-3) and Suncoast Traffic (7-4) rounded out the top five. Although the team finished with a losing regular-season record, Captain's Corner (5-6) got hot at the right time to reach the title contest.
