CHICAGO — Scott Feldman came through on the mound and at the plate against his former team as the Cubs snapped a four-game losing streak in the makeup of an April 17 rainout. Feldman pitched seven shutout innings and helped his cause with an RBI single in the fourth inning, scoring Luis Valbuena, who had started the two-out rally with a double. Anthony Rizzo added a two-run single and a two-run homer.
