Florida Gators running back Adarius Lemons intends to transfer from the program, the Clearwater native announced shortly after Saturday's 27-16 loss to Kentucky.

Lemons, a Clearwater High product, was a three-star recruit in the class of 2017. He's also part of a crowded Gators backfield that includes Jordan Scarlett and Jesuit High alumnus Malik Davis.

Lemons didn't record a carry against the Wildcats but had two kickoff returns for 47 yards.
