Maybe it's time to consider helmets for cheerleaders, too.

A Kansas City Chiefs cheerleader could have used one — and a pair of shoulder pads, to boot — after being steamrolled by a cameraman while performing a dance routine during halftime of the Chiefs-Philadelphia Eagles game Sunday in Kansas City.

The cheerleader had just completed a forward roll and a shimmy shake and was halfway through a mid-air spin at the 3-yard line when a camera operator sprinting down the line — presumably looking for a better shot — flattened her.

Incredibly, the cheerleader got up and managed to complete her routine, according to tweets from eyewitnesses at the game.
