Thursday NFL game preview/predictions: Cardinals at 49ers

Here are two of the 13 teams slogging through the season's first quarter at 1-3. The 49ers were expected to be this bad, but the Super Bowl-dreaming Cardinals are one of the most disappointing teams. And now Arizona QB Carson Palmer is out with a concussion; Drew Stanton will start.
