Tonight: Dolphins at Bengals, 8:25, Ch. 10, NFL Network

Line/OU: Bengals by 71/2; 44

The Dolphins are weird and unpredictable. Miami nearly stunned the NFL in its opener in Seattle. It looked awful and great in losing at New England. Then it needed a ton of luck and overtime at home to survive lowly Cleveland. The problems tonight are it can't run behind a disheveled, untrustworthy offensive line and the pass defense faces AFC yards leader Andy Dalton and A.J. Green. And the Bengals could have back defensive leader Vontaze Burfict, newly off suspension.

Tampa Bay Times predictions:

Ernest Hooper, @hoop4hou: Cincinnati 21-15

Thomas Bassinger, @tometrics: Cincinnati 30-14

Tom Jones, @tomwjones: Cincinnati 27-17

Martin Fennelly, @mjfennelly: Cincinnati 24-16

Rick Stroud, @NFLStroud: Cincinnati 27-17

Greg Auman, @gregauman: Cincinnati 21-13

The Times sports staff NFL picks grid will appear in Sunday's paper.
