Admiral Farragut 50, Lake Wales Vanguard 6

The Blue Jackets won their third straight and remain undefeated in Class B, District 5.

Relying on its ground game, Admiral Farragut (3-1, 3-0) got some big plays and built a 37-0 lead at the half. Toddrick Macon rushed for touchdowns of 70 and 60 yards. Josh Burch threw for a touchdown, ran for one and returned a kickoff for another.

A running clock was used in the second half.

"Definitely pleased with the way we came out and played," Blue Jackets coach Chris Miller said. "We talked about getting off to a fast start and that's what we finally did tonight."
