Spring game-breakers: Palm Harbor University's Mike McNeely once again showed why he's among the region's elite receivers by hauling in two touchdown catches and 100-plus receiving yards. … Pinellas Park's lone touchdown came on its opening possession and was spearheaded by the strong running of Oraian Bentley, who scored the touchdown and the two-point conversion. A quick yet physical back, Bentley has Florida Atlantic and UCF interested. … Both Hurricanes quarterbacks — rising sophomore Billy Pavlock and senior-to-be Ja'Tyuan Landing — looked sharp. Splitting snaps, they combined to throw three touchdowns and will head into fall practice dead even. … Patriots wide receiver/defensive back Andy Laughery was, in typical fashion, a presence on both sides of the ball. … PHU's defensive line looks to have great potential, and at times controlled the play up front. Linebacker Payton Millican, in particular, was a force on passing downs, causing one fumble.
