DUNEDIN — St. Petersburg completed its first perfect season since 1984 by running all over Dunedin.

St. Petersburg (10-0) was led by senior running back Rashad Lewis, who had eight rushes for 98 yards and three touchdowns.

The Green Devils defense stood tall, led by defensive back Stevie Murph and fellow senior Jamone Myrick at linebacker. Murph picked up a Dunedin fumble and returned it 12 yards for a touchdown. Myrick blocked a punt at the 10-yard line that set up the second touchdown of the game.

"10-0 is always your goal every year. It was a great, senior-led team that got us there this year," St. Petersburg coach Joe Fabrizio said.

Dunedin (2-8) got its score on a 9-yard run by sophomore backup quarterback Jacob Shade.
