Football: Strawberry Crest 76, Leto 7

DOVER — Strawberry Crest scored pretty much every way imaginable in Thursday's 76-7 Homecoming win over Leto.

"For a young program that has gone through its share of adversity, tonight's win was very satisfying. …It allowed a lot of our younger players to get valuable game experience," coach John Kelly said.

The Chargers' highlights? Karel Hamilton had 55-yard punt and 99-yard kickoff returns for touchdowns. Chris Perez finished with 145 yards and three touchdowns on 11 carries.

The Falcons' score came on Andre Simpson's 16-yard run in the second quarter, but any jubilation was quickly staunched when Hamilton returned the ensuing kickoff.
