Did you know? The touchdown scored by Keith in the fourth quarter, the Gladiators' only score of the game, was the first of Keith's career. The rising junior, though, promises it won't be his last. "It was a rush. I had all my teammates jumping on me. It was pleasant," Keith said. "There's many more to come."
Audible I: "Last year I was playing behind a senior, and he was a really great football player. But I think this year is my time. My hard work will pay off, and I'll be a contributing factor to our team's success on the field." — Jesuit WR Max Campbell on his standout performance.
Audible II: "When everybody loads up the box and takes away Malik, which good teams are going to do, we've got to be able to go to something else. We were a little one-dimensional last year, and this is going to allow us to be a little more open." — Jesuit coach Matt Thompson on the Tigers' variety of offensive weapons.
