SAN FRANCISCO — Tim Lincecum pitched a six-hitter for his fourth career shutout and first since June 29, 2009. San Francisco, which has won eight of 10 since a seven-game losing streak, improved to 3-26 when scoring two or fewer runs. It also improved to 3-0 this season against knuckleballers, having beaten the Dodgers' Charlie Haeger in April and Boston's Tim Wakefield last month. The Mets' Carlos Beltran, out all season after right knee surgery, went 1-for-4 and was caught stealing.
