1. I think the NHL expanding to Las Vegas is a terrible idea. Not the Vegas part or the possible relationship to gambling. My issue is the league already is watered down and adding another team waters it down even more. Not only aren't there enough good players to go around, there aren't enough good officials.
2. Best of luck in retirement to former Lightning captain Vinny Lecavalier. There have been plenty of classy athletes in Tampa Bay sports history, but none more so than Lecavalier. A good player. A great person.
