It begins with a woman who yearns for a baby and another who is willing and able to give her one. You can imagine the motives of the prospective parents. But what about the woman willing to carry a baby, give birth and then walk away?

Vinny Lecavalier said he wants to finish his career with the Lightning.
"Definitely, yeah," he said. "I like Tampa and I want to be in Tampa for a long time."
The concept is not new. Lecavalier, who has one year left on his four-year, $27.4-million deal, said last season he was open to an extension, and agent Kent Hughes said last week his understanding is that the Lightning wants Lecavalier, 28, to be a lifer.
Lecavalier, with 92 goals the past two seasons combined, reiterated that, "I'm definitely interested in listening to what they have to say."

How could OK Hockey not want this deal? He is the face of the lightning. Give him a DiPietro deal and then some! He definitely deserves it.

I love the idea of Lecavalier playing his entire career in a Tampa Bay sweater. Then, we can send it to the rafters once he retires. It will be awesome!
