Lightning first-round playoff tickets on sale Thursday

The Lightning will put single-game home tickets for the first round of the playoffs on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Thursday.

The earliest possible home game is April 13.

Tickets will be available at tampabaylightning.com and via Ticketmaster at outlets, ticketmaster.com and toll-free 1-800-745-3000.

The Lightning hasn't clinched a playoff spot. It enters Saturday in second place in the Atlantic Division, an automatic playoff spot, two points behind the first-place Panthers and three ahead of the third-place Bruins. It has five games left in its regular season.
