Each week, our HomeTeam staffers nominate female Hot Shots from each of the counties we cover. Then we turn the voting over to readers. These nominations span Saturday, Dec. 2-Friday, Dec. 8. Read up on all of our nominees then vote until noon Monday. Note: Voting is temporarily disabled on mobile devices.

Morghan Craven, soccer, Land O’Lakes:

The senior midfielder had two goals and two assists in a win over rival Sunlake. She now has eight goals and seven assists this season.

Alisha Deschenes, soccer, Wharton:

The senior forward scored three goals and had an assist in a win over Chamberlain and added two goals and three assists in a win over Robinson.

Rachel Dirks, soccer, Osceola:

In two games last week, Dirks scored four goals each in wins over Bradenton Southeast and Indian Rocks Christian. The senior now has 15 goals in 10 games.

Zoi Evans, basketball, Wiregrass Ranch:

The freshman guard scored 23 points in a district win over Steinbrenner. She added 11 points in a win over Wharton.

Emily Joseph, basketball, Northeast:

The senior guard was a hot shooter with 20 points (and hit four 3-pointers) in a 59-55 win over Boca Ciega. She added 30 points in a win over Largo.

Tiasia McMillan, basketball, Carrollwood Day:

The sophomore scored 25 points in a one-point win over Wildwood and added 31 points in a win over Calvary Christian.
