CLEVELAND — T.J. House pitched 62/3 solid innings for his first major-league win, lifting the Indians. The rookie left-hander was making his eighth appearance and seventh start. Michael Bourn's leadoff homer sparked a three-run third, and Nick Swisher's bases-loaded single scored two in the fifth and finished Jeremy Guthrie. Michael Brantley had an RBI single in the eighth for Cleveland.
