MIAMI — Giancarlo Stanton's two-run homer in the first, estimated at 458 feet, lifted the Marlins. Adeiny Hechavarria added a career-high four hits. Casey McGehee had two RBIs. His 10 are the most in team history in the first five games of a season. Miami has 35 runs during a 4-1 start after finishing last in the majors in runs last year. The Padres have eight runs in four games.
