MIAMI — Former Rays catcher Kelly Shoppach hit a go-ahead two-run single with two outs in the ninth inning that cleared the bases when former Ray Justin Ruggiano misplayed the ball in centerfield, lifting New York. Miami starter Josh Johnson was on the verge of snapping a personal four-game losing streak. Johnson held the Mets hitless until the fifth inning and left leading 3-1.
