CINCINNATI — Jacob deGrom pitched six sharp innings in his first start since Sept. 15 as the Mets finished off a season sweep of the Reds. DeGrom retired 14 straight batters after allowing a leadoff double to Skip Schumaker in the first inning. "I felt good," he said. "I don't know (if skipping a start) was a good thing or not." Dilson Herrera and Kevin Plawecki hit rare home runs for New York.
