WASHINGTON — Stephen Strasburg recovered from another rough first inning to pitch into the eighth, and Wilson Ramos hit a go-ahead sacrifice fly in his first game since opening day for the Nationals. After a rain delay of more than 1½ hours, Strasburg gave up four straight singles and two runs. Then he got into a groove as his teammates scored three off former Nationals pitcher Dan Haren.
