WASHINGTON — Stephen Strasburg struck out 10 in seven innings for the Nationals and got his first win since July 1, a stretch of seven games. He didn't allow a runner past second. NL East-leading Washington split the four-game series after dropping the first two to the last-place Phillies. Former Tampa Catholic standout Denard Span had two hits, two steals, an RBI and a run for the Nationals.
