BALTIMORE — Adam Jones hit a two-run homer in the first for the Orioles, who moved a season-high 14 games above .500. It was Jones' 21st home run of the season and 11th during the first inning. Orioles rookie Kevin Gausman retired the first 14 batters he faced, walked three during the Angels' three-run fifth, then settled down. Baltimore took a 4-0 lead in the fourth when David Lough picked up his first RBI since June 7 with a double, then scored on a single by Ryan Flaherty. Garrett Richards lost his second straight start following a seven-game win streak.
