Anglers reel in shark 'of a lifetime' off Sanibel Island (w/video)

A massive hammerhead shark described by one of the men who hauled it in as the "fish of a lifetime" was reportedly caught and released from the shore of Sanibel Island last month.

Cullem Guthrie posted photos of the shark to Facebook, giving credit to the two men who helped him reel it in, Nick Mazari and Maison Rosanti.

The men told Wink News that the shark took the stingray they were using as bait about 200 yards off Sanibel Island, and it took about 30 minutes to bring the beast to shore.

After taking some photos, they reportedly released the 13-foot shark back into the Gulf and it swam away.
