Feather Sound planting project needs volunteers

The nonprofit conservation group Tampa Bay Watch needs 40 volunteers to help plant native coastal upland plants to restore an area near Feather Sound on June 20. The group will plant 5,000 plants, including seashore paspalum and sand cordgrass. Call Rachel Arndt at (727) 867-8166, ext. 233, or email rarndt@tampabaywatch.org.
