PHOENIX — Cliff Lee pitched seven scoreless innings and Jimmy Rollins drove in two runs for the Phillies, who snapped a three-game losing streak. Former Pasco High standout Domonic Brown added an RBI single for Philadelphia. Lee has won consecutive road starts for the first time since August 2011.
