WASHINGTON — Rookie Aaron Altherr had four hits, including an inside-the-park grand slam and a solo homer to power the Phillies. It was the first inside-the-park grand slam since Randy Winn of Tampa Bay connected against the Yankees on Oct. 3, 1999. The Nationals lost their fourth straight. Philadelphia starter Jerad Eickhoff gave up two runs and struck out 10.
