Rams ramp up their D

LOS ANGELES — The Rams evened their record by beating the Seahawks. Now if they could just score a touchdown. At least this time, unlike last week's 28-0 loss at San Francisco, the Rams put three field goals on the board. That was enough for a defense that has sacked Seattle's Russell Wilson 18 times in the past five meetings, including twice Sunday. "Last week, to put it simple, we got embarrassed," Rams receiver Kenny Britt said. "And so to come back like this is good for morale and good for our confidence." Seattle has lost four of the past five to the Rams.
