ST. LOUIS — Rougned Odor homered and Cole Hamels pitched 7⅔ innings to lead the Rangers to victory. Hamels allowed three hits, struck out six and walked three. He lowered his road ERA to 1.64 this season and allowed five base runners; only one reached second base. Sam Dyson picked up his 12th save. Odor's homer was his third in as many games and the 19th for the Rangers in their past eight games. The Rangers have won four straight, improving to an AL-best 43-25. The Cardinals' Michael Wacha lost a career-high seventh straight decision.
