ARLINGTON, Texas — Jerome Williams, the team-record 31st pitcher of the year, went six innings for the Rangers, who ended a seven-game home losing streak. Elvis Andrus had a triple among his two hits and scored twice for the Rangers. Neftali Feliz, back in the closer role after Joakim Soria was traded to Detroit this week, gave up a hit and a walk but got his first regular-season save since 2011.
